Once your order is successfully placed and payment has been approved, it enters our processing queue for verification, packing, and shipment preparation.

- Business days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM (EST) are considered received on the next business day
- During high-volume periods, processing may require additional time
We carefully inspect and pack each shipment to reduce fulfillment errors and transit damage.

Shipping transit times begin once the package has been handed over to the carrier.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses located within the United States only.
At this time, we do not accept orders shipping to:
- International destinations
- U.S. territories not supported by carriers
- APO/FPO military addresses (unless specifically available at checkout)
- P.O. Boxes for oversized items or carrier-restricted products
If an address cannot be serviced, we will contact you before shipment.
Estimated Delivery Time
After an order has been dispatched, standard delivery typically takes:
7–15 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on:

- Carrier routing schedules

- Holiday congestion
- Remote or rural destinations
- Unexpected transportation delays
Transit time begins once the package has shipped, not when the order is placed.

- Customs-related charges (if applicable through rerouting or special requests)

If such charges apply, they are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by us.
Shipping Carriers
We use established shipping providers based on destination, package size, and service availability. Carriers may include:

The final carrier is selected according to the most efficient available route.
Tracking Information
A tracking number is provided once the shipment has been handed to the carrier.
Tracking details are sent to the email address used during checkout. Customers with a registered account may also view shipment updates in their order history.
Please allow a short period for the carrier system to activate and display tracking scans.
Delivery Delays
Although most shipments arrive within the estimated timeframe, delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our control, including:

- Peak holiday volume
- Carrier operational delays
- Customs/security inspections (where applicable)
- Incomplete or incorrect address details
We appreciate your patience if delays occur.
Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages
If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, arrives severely damaged, or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected or recorded delivery date.
When contacting support, please include:
- Full name
- Order number
- Shipping address
- Description of the issue
- Photos (if damage occurred)
We will review the case and assist with an appropriate resolution.
Order Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If an order is returned due to:

- Refused delivery
- Failure to receive after carrier attempts
Additional reshipping fees may apply.
Local Pickup
We currently do not offer:
- In-store pickup
- Warehouse pickup
- Same-day courier delivery
- Local hand delivery
