Return Shipping Cost Responsibility

We will cover the return shipping cost.

This usually includes providing a prepaid return label or arranging a suitable return method.

If the return is for personal reasons, including:
  • Changed mind
  • No longer wanted
  • Ordered by mistake
  • Preference changed after delivery
  • Does not fit expectations but no product fault exists

The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.


No Extra Return Fees

We do not charge unnecessary additional fees such as:

  • Restocking fees
  • Shelfing / restocking placement fees
  • Handling deduction fees
  • Return processing service charges

Approved refunds are based on the eligible returned product value according to this policy.

Partial Returns

If your order contains multiple items, you may request to return only specific eligible items.

In that case, the refund amount will apply only to the approved returned merchandise, not the entire order.


Exchanges

If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, we support exchanges when inventory is available.

If the requested replacement item is unavailable, we may offer:

Damaged During Return Transit

If a customer-arranged return shipment is lost or damaged in transit, responsibility may depend on the shipping carrier and shipping method selected.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when the customer pays return postage.

If we issued the label, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.


Order Issues on Arrival

Providing photos of the packaging and item helps speed up the process.
