Weights are produced within normal manufacturing tolerances. Minor differences may exist between batches, but they do not affect standard training use.
Q: Will the equipment damage my floor?
Coated products are designed to reduce friction and surface impact. However, for better protection—especially on wood or tile floors—we recommend using a workout mat.
Q: How do I choose the right weight?

Q: Where are orders shipped from?
Orders are shipped through our cross-border fulfillment process, handled directly by our team and logistics partners.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only deliver within the United States. Orders with non-U.S. delivery addresses are not processed.
Q: How long does shipping take?
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. After dispatch, delivery typically takes 7-15 business days (estimated) depending on location and carrier conditions.
Q: Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, tracking details are sent by email. If you have an account, you can also view the tracking information there.
Q: What are the shipping fees?
Orders of $60 or more qualify for free shipping. Orders below $60 are charged a flat rate of $8.99. No additional handling or service fees are added.
Q: Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for eligible items that are unused, undamaged, and in their original condition with included packaging and accessories.
If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost. For returns requested for personal reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
